Ardurra is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing Human Resources team and provide support to our Northeast Region. The Senior HR Business Partner is a blend of a strategic and detailed hands-on role responsible for applying and participating in enhancing human resources solutions that align with our growing organization’s goals and supporting our culture and a great employee work environment. Our company’s organic growth and acquisitive growth strategies require a successful Senior HR Business Partner to have a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects to identify and address hidden issues that may impede the company’s success. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to effectively interact with employees at all levels and to positively influence organizational and/or regional outcomes. As part of a quickly growing company, the Senior HR Business Partner also acts as a partner in successful employee acquisition and integration and works closely with the HR team which includes the Recruiting team to support and execute the HR hiring, development and retention strategies.
