We are seeking a highly analytical, systems‑savvy Senior HR Analyst to lead our compensation infrastructure, own our HR data, elevate our people analytics, and support key HR programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys improving processes, building structure where none exists, and driving clarity through data. You will report to the Director of Employee Experience, acting as the go-to resource for compensation strategy, HRIS optimization, reporting, and special initiatives. This role will play a critical part in building scalable HR foundations and shaping how we measure and improve employee engagement.
