About The Position

Overview The Sr Hospice Liaison is responsible for establishing and developing new business contacts, maintaining current relationships and developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan. Covers the sales/marketing region assigned. Responsibilities Sets and achieves sales revenue, product and payor-mix goals. Meets short and long-term target account goals. Maintains a complete, up-to-date account of referrals including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities' management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory. Builds and maintains client relationships. Prepares business plans and maintains target lists. Prioritizes accounts in accordance with the market sales plan. Responds to customer complaints in timely manner. Mentors new Liaison team members through formal ride-along check off process. Leads Team Communications such as webinars and team meetings. Facilitates sales skill development sessions in group settings. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required -Must meet one of the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree with three (3+) years' successful experience in Healthcare, business development, or related industry. Successful previous experience in business development, outreach or healthcare related role. Preferred- Experience in Hospice or healthcare business development. Requirements
