About The Position

Alpha Omega is searching for an experienced Sr. Help Desk Technician to join one of our long-term Federal projects.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking, and mail standards.
  • Experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Positive customer service attitude.
  • IAT II Certification

Responsibilities

  • Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.
  • Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC hardware and software, printer problems, and network applications.
  • Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas.
