About The Position

Accelecom is seeking a full-time exempt Sr. Healthcare Account Director responsible for selling into the Healthcare vertical across Georgia (GA). The role requires a passion for success through a consultative selling approach, a focus on superior customer service, and helping solve problems centric to the healthcare vertical. As a Sales Professional, this position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business while managing existing accounts across the Healthcare Vertical; to include Hospital Systems, Behavioral Health Operators and Healthcare IT/System Integrators that operate in Georgia. The successful candidate will be expected to deeply understand our customers' business, develop & execute sales strategies, craft unique solutions, and secure customer contracts / orders.

Requirements

  • Experience selling technical solutions into Georgia’s Healthcare system(s)
  • Transport solutions (Dark Fiber, Wavelengths & Ethernet)
  • IP solutions (IP Transit, DIA & DDoS)
  • Managed Services Solutions (Mng Firewall/Router/WiFi & SD-WAN)
  • Wireless technology (Campus Wifi, mesh, Private 5G)
  • Voice Solutions (UCaaS & CCaaS)
  • Demonstratable rolodex/relationships within Georgia Healthcare Ecoystem
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mkt’ing or related field
  • Industry Experience (Telecom or Technology): Minimum of 5-years
  • Sales experience: Minimum of 5-years
  • Mindset: Hunter mindset / role (vs. Business Development or Account Mgt)
  • Strong analytical & technical skills

  • Ability to thrive in “start-up” environment / operate in the “grey”
