About The Position

Accelecom is seeking a full-time exempt Sr. Healthcare Account Director responsible for selling into the Healthcare vertical across Georgia. The role requires a passion for success through a consultative selling approach, a focus on superior customer service, and problem-solving centric to the healthcare vertical. This Sales Professional will identify and develop new business while managing existing accounts within the Healthcare Vertical, including Hospital Systems, Behavioral Health Operators, and Healthcare IT/System Integrators in Georgia. The successful candidate will deeply understand customer businesses, develop and execute sales strategies, craft unique solutions, and secure customer contracts/orders.

Requirements

  • Demonstratable rolodex/relationships within Georgia Healthcare Ecoystem
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mkt’ing or related field
  • Industry Experience (Telecom or Technology): Minimum of 5-years
  • Sales experience: Minimum of 5-years
  • Mindset: Hunter mindset / role (vs. Business Development or Account Mgt)
  • Strong analytical & technical skills
  • Strong interpersonal & communications skills
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • Ability to thrive in “start-up” environment / operate in the “grey”
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables & meet deadlines
  • Track-record of meeting & exceeding annual sales quota

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business while managing existing accounts across the Healthcare Vertical; to include Hospital Systems, Behavioral Health Operators and Healthcare IT/System Integrators that operate in Georgia
