About The Position

The Sr. HCI Product Associate supports the day‑to‑day execution and performance of the insurance program through close partnership with insurance vendors and internal cross‑functional teams. This role helps stabilize and grow the program by managing insurance carrier relationships, supporting payment processes, coordinating content with internal marketing and legal teams, monitoring program performance and supporting revenue forecasting. This role plays a key part in executing the go‑to‑market business strategy and ensuring operational and financial alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years’ related experience in product operations, program operations, or operational support roles.
  • Experience supporting insurance programs, captive finance, or regulated financial products preferred.
  • Automotive or financial services industries preferred.
  • P&C auto insurance industry preferred (especially in partnerships).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with third party vendors and cross functional internal teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross functional departments and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Strong orientation toward results coupled with reputation for integrity, creativity and good judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Insurance Vendor & Program Management
  • Serve as a primary day to day contact for insurance providers, supporting effective collaboration, issue resolution, and program execution.
  • Partner with insurance providers to support program stability, performance, and growth initiatives.
  • Support management of quarterly and/or annual business reviews amongst organizations.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, program updates, and ongoing operational support.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement across the insurance program lifecycle.
  • Support documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Manage incoming and/or outgoing IT data feeds and reporting related to insurance program
  • Participate and lead weekly meetings (or bi-weekly vendor / partner calls / touch base) to address issues and program execution.
  • Go-to-Market Support
  • Coordinate with insurance vendors, as well as internal marketing and legal teams to support the creation, review, approval, and maintenance of program related content.
  • Ensure all program content aligns with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and brand standards.
  • Support operational readiness for go to market activities related to program launches, enhancements, or changes.
  • Track dependencies, timelines, and deliverables related to program rollouts.
  • Program Performance Tracking & Revenue Forecasting
  • Track, analyze, and report on program performance, including volume, revenue, and KPIs.
  • Support annual revenue forecasting and ongoing performance projections in partnership with finance and leadership.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting to support decision making and program optimization.
  • Commission & Financial Operations
  • Support commission administration, including tracking, reconciliation, issue resolution, and coordination with treasury and finance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to commission structures, payment schedules and operational requirements.
  • Monitor invoicing and commission reports for correctness to ensure payment.
  • Monitor & address any trust balance shortfalls.
  • Support periodic program risk reviews.
  • Provide advance notice for review of changes to Reserve and earning paths.
  • Support management of earning path studies and implementation.
  • Contract Review & Administration
  • Support review and administration of insurance carrier contracts, amendments, and renewals in partnership with legal and business stakeholders.
  • Track key contract milestones and ensure terms are operationally executable and aligned with business strategy.
  • Assist in amending, renewing and negotiating marketing service agreements among organizations and related amendments.
