About the role We are looking for a Mobile Product Manager to join the Zelle team and will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of Zelle for millions of users. Zelle is a fast-growing money movement method that processed over 4.2 billion transactions in 2025, totalling more than $1.2 trillion in payments. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a customer-first mindset, collaborate broadly with multiple stakeholders and partners, and build and own a data-driven roadmap that balances customer delight with the rigorous demands of a secure, real-time payment network.
