About The Position

As GCG Automation & Factory Solutions continues to expand, we’re looking for a Sr. Graphic Design Specialist to help elevate our brand and build awareness of the industrial automation solutions we deliver to customers nationwide! In this role, you’ll combine hands-on graphic design, digital content creation, video/photo editing, and light digital marketing to produce a wide range of assets — from marketing collateral and blogs to videos, social content, and sales enablement tools. Your work will shine a spotlight on the breadth of automation technologies AFS brings to market. Success in this role requires both creative strength and the technical curiosity to understand our products, solutions, and customer use cases. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or creative marketing
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design work
  • Experience with video editing and photo editing
  • Experience creating sales support tools, and technical awareness
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing basics: email, social, landing pages, file specs, and responsive design
  • Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials across print and digital channels, including flyers, brochures, email graphics, social graphics, presentations, and event materials
  • Develop visual content such as infographics, edited photos, and short-form/long-form videos to support campaigns
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and brand files, ensuring accurate version control and that the most up-to-date materials are available across internal systems (The Wire, AFS website, ordering portals)
  • Build HubSpot email campaigns, landing pages, and social posts
  • Post and schedule content across social media platforms
  • Support website updates with new graphics, banners, and digital assets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on digital campaign execution and performance tracking
  • Execute and enforce brand guidelines across all created assets
  • Help evolve and refine brand identity through updated graphics, templates, and content approaches
  • Create sales support tools & battle cards
  • Work closely with product management and sales teams to fulfill requests for marketing collateral
  • Support events, demos, and trade show needs with creative materials and digital content
