Sr Global Product Manager, Data Centers
About The Position
As a Senior Offering Manager – Data Centers here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will have the exciting opportunity to build a new vertical for our refrigerants. You will be responsible for developing a new business ground up, including defining the right strategy, portfolio, organization and team to drive growth. This role will start as an individual contributor role but is expected to evolve to a people manager position as you structure the business vertical. You will have commercial P&L accountability for the data center vertical and should be able to drive sales as well as optimize costs to serve customers. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, customer centric mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering success. This is a high visibility, high impact role where you will regularly interface with senior leadership and drive revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, risk management, and cost-efficiency.
