We're seeking an experienced, dynamic Sr. Fund Development Manager to lead the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a portfolio of prospective and returning donors in the Upstate and surrounding areas. This role drives meaningful relationships across the communities—advancing individual giving, donor upgrades, retention efforts, and signature programs to include Alumnae engagement. The ideal candidate brings strategic focus and measurable goal-setting skills to implement effective development techniques, assist as team member in coordinating and attending recognition and engagement events, and achieve annual financial objectives through thoughtful, relationship-centered fundraising. This key position reports to the Chief Advancement Officer and is based at our Greenville Office with hybrid in-office hours (upon completion of 90-Day Development Plan), serving Upstate and surrounding areas.
