About The Position

Knowledge Management, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our secure, mission-critical web applications. This role requires a strong background in both backend and frontend technologies, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and integration with AWS Bedrock. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relational databases and experience in delivering high-performance, scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a senior-level role, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience integrating and deploying applications with AWS Bedrock.
• Deep understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality, secure solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Nutanix infrastructure and platform solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a focus on security and performance.
• Integrate AWS Bedrock to leverage foundation models and enhance application capabilities.
• Design and implement relational database schemas and queries to support application functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
