Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement across various lines impacting EBITDA. Sales Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the analysis of sales data, visit trends, and player metrics. Identify key insights, patterns, and trends to help drive strategic decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings to cross functional teams. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track and measure sales performance against targets and KPIs. Leverage data visualization tools and statistical analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends. Identify and communicate areas of opportunity and potential risks in our sales outlook. Forecasting and Planning: Help develop and oversee the sales budgeting and forecasting process for our owned and operated venues with a strong understanding of GAAP and working closely with our operations, technology, and marketing teams. Utilize historical data, market trends, and business intelligence to generate accurate revenue projections on both cash & GAAP basis. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to gather data, align strategies, and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with these teams to integrate sales analysis and forecasting into overall business planning processes and drive alignment across the organization. Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the Director of Planning & Analytics on special projects, such as market expansion analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing evaluations. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the hospitality industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, etc.), financial modeling, and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar). Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Industry experience in Restaurant, Retail, or Hospitality is a plus. A Master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred but not required.
