About The Position

Tosoh Quartz is seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and forecasting process, as well as driving engagement through the monthly reports and analysis to key business and department owners in the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting
• 4+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst at a company with successful growth to $120M+ in revenue.
• Expert skills in Excel.
• Proficient in budgeting/forecasting processes and reporting techniques with the associated hands-on experience in both.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Quick learner and able to work collaboratively and independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing
• Experience with IFS ERP, Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query
• Ability to build and maintain financial models.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for financial planning and consolidated reporting for FP&A.
• Provide insights and analyses to assist the company in making sound business decisions to enable sustainable revenue growth through sound P&L management.
• Provide quality monthly / ad-hoc analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with the development of analytical dashboards and reports.
• Partner with business leaders/cost center owners to review monthly performance, develop monthly rolling plan, annual budget, forecast and estimate.
