About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic business decisions and drive financial performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in identifying trends, evaluating risks and opportunities, and recommending strategies to optimize financial outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining sophisticated financial models
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes in a corporate, multi-location environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting standards and practices (cash vs accrual) to ensure finance deliverables align with financial statements.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial outputs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships across departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including executive level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Bl tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data related to budgets, cash flow, revenue, and expenditure.
  • Lead or assist in the annual budgeting process and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts and present to management.
  • Lead or assist in the annual and semi-annual budgeting process and regularly monitor budget adherence, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather financial insights and develop robust departmental budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to refine performance assumptions, validate data quality and structure, and improve reporting processes.
  • Prepare financial reports and track KPIs.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights into financial trends, performance, and opportunities.
  • Communicate cost and expense variances to leadership and prepare and deliver proposals and recommendations to senior and executive management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.Print case document packets to be sent to the USCIS for review.
