About The Position

Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and organizational goals. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for cash forecasting, capital planning, treasury management, and scenario analysis. Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards; provide recommendations for process improvements. Apply government reimbursement rules (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid) and ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Lead or coordinate complex financial projects, including business development assessments, program reviews, and reconciliation variances. Research and document technical accounting issues serve as a resource for interpreting new accounting standards and regulatory changes. Mentor accounting staff, provide financial systems training, and support professional development within the finance team. Present complex financial information and recommendations to senior leadership; collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external stakeholders. Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and systems utilization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting, with demonstrated leadership or project management experience.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s/CPA preferred
  • CPA, CMA, or CFP preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
