Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn! Alkami is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst who will assist the Manager of FP&A in developing and implementing key financial analysis systems and processes. This position will focus on supporting our GTM Organization by delivering timely, insightful financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in finance, accounting, or a related degree
  • 5+ years’ finance-related experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights
  • Accountability and ownership of work product, commitment to meeting timelines and delivering understanding
  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Detail oriented

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS industry experience
  • Workday Adaptive experience, including workforce modeling
  • Sales & Marketing Support experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic budget planning, monthly forecasts, and financial results w/ insightful analysis on revenue & GTM expenses, including workforce planning
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of key operational metrics, delivering a deeper understanding of value drivers
  • Provide support to month-end and quarter-end close on revenue and GTM expense reporting/reforecasting
  • Assist in building and presenting value-added monthly reporting decks for ELT members
  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing Senior Leaders in support of the Go-to-market framework
  • Work closely with the Manager, FP&A, to implement and administer S&M automated reporting processes in Adaptive
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions
