Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, cost analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from multiple systems
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting tools
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated initiative and self‑starter mindset, with a track record of taking ownership, improving processes, and proactively seeking out opportunities to enhance tools, reporting, and data quality
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, build partnerships, and influence decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts
• Assist in building long-range strategic models to assess growth scenarios, evaluate investment opportunities, and guide resource allocation decisions
• Analyze monthly financial performance including revenue, margins, receivables, payables, and inventory
• Deliver variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to management
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further strategic initiatives
• Develop and optimize BI dashboards and reporting tools
• Support the development of presentation materials and reports for senior executives and external partners
• Contribute to process improvements across the organization
• Partner with financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance and fulfill reporting obligations
• Perform other duties as assigned
