About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The Corporate FP&A team supports global financial planning (annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning), consolidated financial reporting for all business units, and in-depth forecasting and reporting for corporate segments. This role reports to the Director of Corporate FP&A and is based in Richardson, TX. What you will do in this role: Financial statement analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), KPI reporting, operational reporting, analysis of key business trends, including comprehensive variance explanations Create timely, accurate, and standardized global reporting that is easy to replicate and maintain across regions, brands, and channels. Provide business owners with reporting and analysis to drive accountability and action Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, financial planning, or accounting with an emphasis on forecasting and financial statement analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive projects effectively Self-motivated and committed to continuous process improvement Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and numerical) for all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Hyperion applications is highly recommended What We Offer Comprehensive Benefits: Includes health and well-being services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A, financial planning, or accounting with an emphasis on forecasting and financial statement analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
