What You’ll Do This role sits at the center of Finance, Operations, and Sales—bringing clarity to complex data and helping leaders make smarter decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Intelligence, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business impact
• Experience with ERP and BI tools (QAD and Qlik Sense a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and forecasts

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles
• Deliver monthly reporting packages with clear variance analysis (vs. budget, forecast, and prior year)
• Provide profitability insights by product line and customer to drive strategic decisions
• Partner with Sales to support growth initiatives through analytics and market insights
• Build business cases to support investments and strategic initiatives
• Own and enhance forecasting models tied to pipeline and recurring revenue
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards (Qlik Sense) to visualize performance and trends
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver meaningful insights—not just data
