Monitors financial performance and provides recommendations for improvement. Prepares presentations and communicates financial information to stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor' Degree in Business with emphasis in accounting, economics, or finance, or related equivalent experience, required.
  • Excellent personal computing, analytical, and organization skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and interested in working in a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to work independently, often with little direction.
  • Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers and external groups.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Three years of experience in medical accounts receivable financial management, preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in the development of detailed, activity-based cost information, preferred.
  • Experience in financial analysis and trending reports, preferred.
