About The Position

We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with financial planning and analysis experience to join our finance organization in support of Inventory Finance. This person will be responsible for consolidating and reporting operational results, developing monthly & weekly forecasts, working with business partners to build annual budgets, and supporting ad hoc requests to analyze key Inventory savings opportunities for our business. A day in the life… Lead processes for consolidating month-end Inventory results and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reporting Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts with a focus on Labor and Non-Labor expenses Partner with multiple cross-functional teams in planning, communicating and analyzing Inventory performance Create new monthly and weekly reports, as well as streamline existing reports that provide insight into past performance and future trends Act as a key Inventory finance contact to the business and communicate effectively with non-financial leaders Analyze data to drive actionable outcomes Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned Drive process improvements and reporting simplification

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proven experience in analysis, modeling, and reporting financial performance, with a strong sense of curiosity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and timelines
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Hyperion-Essbase a plus
  • Ability to independently develop processes and deliverables from general direction
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, data integrity and accuracy

Responsibilities
