Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or 1-3 years of equivalent experience in accounting/finance.
  • Experience in financial/management reporting, spreadsheet/ financial modeling and account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in PC applications: Excel (advanced formulas and VBA programming preferred), Adobe Acrobat, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and efficiency in Hyperion and JD Edwards.
  • Must be a detail-oriented problem solver.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and have the ability to multi-task and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must work well with others as a team member.
  • Ability to accept constructive criticism and implement improvements.
  • Ability to negotiate/influence the cooperative efforts of others.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge with using Alteryx is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI and SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly forecast package preparation and cross collaborate with multiple departments within the organization.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly financial and operational reporting with corresponding analysis for senior management.
  • Active participation in all funding meetings that lead to final project approval from executive management.
  • Serve as a key participant in the corporate budget process.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
  • Develop ad-hoc analytics to help the business better understand KPIs and make strategic operational decisions.
  • Creation of manuals and end user documentation, including visual inserts.
