Gillette Children’s is hiring two Senior Financial Analysts to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. These roles lead annual and quarterly planning, deliver monthly and ad hoc financial reporting, and develop analytical models that translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. The Senior Financial Analysts partner cross-functionally to improve financial processes, ensure data integrity, and support informed decision-making aligned with departmental and organizational goals. This is a remote opportunity; however, the selected candidate must reside within a two-hour commute to the Twin Cities and have the ability to work onsite in St. Paul, MN as needed. Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this opportunity is $87,894/annually to $ 131,976 /annually, with a median salary of $107,827/annually. Pay is dependent on several factors including relevant work experience and internal equity. Salary is just one component of the compensation package for employees.
