We are seeking a Sr. Finance Systems & Tax Operations Lead to oversee the integrity, compliance, and scalability of our finance technology stack and end-to-end tax operations. This role serves as the key bridge between Finance, IT, Revenue Operations, and system administrators - ensuring that billing, tax, and financial workflows are accurate, efficient, and compliant with regulatory and audit requirements. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position. We are looking for a talented, self-motivated, flexible, organized team player who has the drive to deliver results and takes initiative to join our Finance and Accounting Team. The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting background. The ideal candidate is hands-on with finance systems (e.g., Zuora, ERP SAP, Avalara), strong in tax operations, including local indirect taxes and income taxes - and experienced in driving process improvements across the Order-to-Cash cycle.
