About The Position

This role is critical in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy of financial planning and reporting processes for the CEO division with specific focus on the 1B engine line. This role will also partner closely with Boeing and manage 1B cash. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality financial insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in finance or accounting)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the CEO GEnx-1B business cycles - budget, forecasts, long-range strategic planning at each level of the organization.
  • Responsible for producing KPIs to measure performance in all areas of the organization and analyze the performance to improve profitability and cash generation.
  • Partner with the FP&A and Controllership teams to support the monthly close process.
  • Partner with Boeing to track financial obligations and ensure timely cash payments and collections
  • Utilizes FLIGHT DECK in driving better efficiency and elimination of waste in own area and projects.
  • Jobs at this level function with some autonomy but are subject to functional practices and precedents or are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results.
  • The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
  • Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
  • Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis.
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
  • Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
