Be part of a team that makes a difference to our business The Flow Control & Safety Solutions (FCSS) Sr Finance Manager - FP&A Management role is responsible for financial planning, analysis and reporting for a ~$1B P&L with a large and complex global footprint of manufacturing and commercial operations across the Baker Hughes Valves & CDC businesses. The role will be responsible to drive overall savings on base costs, give visibility and provide guidance to senior leadership on critical functional spend and liaise with HQ Corp and HQ IET for all deliverables. This position provides a unique opportunity for a strong experienced finance leader to drive change and lead the financial performance of the business over the coming years. As a Flow Control & Safety Solutions - Sr Finance Manager , you will be responsible for: Provide financial leadership to establish FCSS’ financial goals and objectives Play a significant role with functional and commodity forecasts, planning and deep dives for the various planning sessions. Provide finance leadership, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances for the functional leaders and drive achieving functional cost targets Establish and maintain a financial measurement, budgeting and reporting system, which provides management with appropriate information and counsel Maintain controllership responsibility and oversight Establish operating forecasts and plans, including appropriate contingency planning Understand impact of costs (direct and indirect) on financial goals and measurements Preparing financial evaluations for internal customers, senior leadership and external customer or channel partners as needed. Lead and develop a team of 2 seasoned finance analysts Provide visibility & reporting on cash flow, investment, expenses, and receivables to support the division’s operating activities Ad hoc support to the VP & CFO as required.
