This role serves as a technical leader in the field — driving network performance, leading outage resolution efforts, and mentoring the next generation of technicians in both technical expertise and operational excellence. The Sr. Field Technician provides advanced support across radio access networks, backhaul, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, ensuring our network remains resilient and customer-ready. Success in this role is defined by effective project execution, rapid technical problem-solving, continuous process improvement, and the development of a high-performing field team. This role covers the Eastern Georgia shore corridor and is essential for maintaining efficient operations and network reliability in Central/Southern Georgia to Northern Florida. This area includes Savannah, GA down to Jacksonville, FL.
