Requirements
- A proven track record of developing 200Gbps+ electrical SerDes and optical interfaces from concept through production
- Demonstrated leadership in driving industry-wide standardization of high-speed electrical and optical interfaces
- Deep technical expertise in high-speed link architecture, modeling, and analysis
- Strong, effective communication skills with cross-functional teams and customers worldwide
- A relevant academic background (PhD preferred)

Responsibilities
- Define and own the corporate-wide SerDes and optical interface roadmap and long-term strategy
- Drive next-generation SerDes and optical link architecture and modeling initiatives
- Lead standardization efforts and ecosystem enablement for next-generation electrical and optical interconnects
- Collaborate closely with domain experts across architecture, circuit design, SI/PI, post-silicon validation, applications, and system/platform teams
