A Senior Facility Manager is responsible for the overall success of a site, including all activities and personnel (including vendors) assigned to that site. This role requires direct collaboration with the site engineering team and the client to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and property-specific strategic and operating capital plans. The Senior Facility Manager oversees the implementation of initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating the property team's efforts. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Site Leadership: Responsible for the overall success of the site, including all activities and site personnel, vendors, and contractors.
Strategic Planning: Work directly with the site engineering team and client to understand objectives and property-specific strategic and operating capital plans.
Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of initiatives and programs by managing and coordinating the property team's efforts.
Team Management: Manage, supervise, and support the professional development of all site personnel.
Safety and Compliance: Administer the site team with safety, risk mitigation, documentation, and reporting objectives. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Client Relations: Maintain the highest level of professionalism while meeting client needs and protecting and improving the operation of client assets.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and ensure performance meets contractual agreements.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the day-to-day continued operation of equipment and the site as a whole, guaranteeing compliance with maintenance schedules.
Documentation: Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for all site activities.
Risk Mitigation: Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and ensure the site team is trained on safety and emergency procedures.
