This role manages a regional portfolio of office facilities to ensure reliable and responsive property management services. It oversees commercial real estate transactions, lease management, facility maintenance, and service contract administration. The role collaborates with real estate partners and internal stakeholders to implement strategic property management initiatives. Success is measured by operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, financial stewardship, and quality service delivery. The work supports a productive workplace environment and contributes to the organization's financial and customer experience goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Portfolio Management (Required)

  • Problem Solving (Required)
  • Analysis (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 4-7 years Related experience (Preferred)
  • OSHA trained and experience leading safety programs. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage regional office facility operations to ensure maintenance, repairs, and service delivery meet organizational standards
  • Oversee commercial real estate transactions including renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions to align with business needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and real estate partners to implement property management strategies and process improvements
  • Administer service contracts for amenities such as food service, janitorial, and furniture management to support workplace services
  • Maintain financial accountability for facilities within the commercial real estate budget to optimize cost efficiency
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
