About The Position

We are seeking an experienced executive engagement program professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and has a passion for diving deep into the full executive engagement lifecycle to drive content and programming for the Amazon Business executive engagement program. The Sr. Executive Engagement manager will be responsible for developing and managing high-touch executive engagement programs that directly address customer business objectives and challenges. The role requires exemplary critical thinking abilities with both tactical and strategic vision, along with high integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. The role will focus on delivering transformative customer experiences through thought leadership and leveraging collective Amazon Business experience to inspire evolution from status quo. This role will partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, tech, and other Amazon teams to develop content and programming specifically for executive customers. Amazon Business Events & Executive Engagement focuses on delivering high-touch, scalable event and executive engagement programs for our customers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized collaborative discussions between customers and Amazon subject matter experts/executives
  • Drive strategic engagement initiatives that align with customer business goals and demonstrate product value
  • Develop frameworks for executive engagement programs, including executive briefings and summits.
  • Develop and implement a framework/charter for a customer advisory board.
  • Create and manage agendas addressing customer challenges through relevant speaker procurement and content customization while scaling processes
  • Track and measure program effectiveness through executive engagement dashboards and reporting systems
