Purpose of Role The Sr Events Specialist role ensures YCA Audio events are executed flawlessly, on time, and on budget, translating strategic objectives into high-quality, well-managed experiences that strengthen relationships and reinforce organizational credibility through disciplined planning, coordination, and execution. Key Accountabilities Include Ensure events contribute to business goals Ensure event components are within the approved budgets Ensure event stakeholder satisfaction

Responsibilities

Leads the execution of tradeshow and customer-facing events
Maintains annual events calendar
Creates event performance reporting
Interfaces with vendors and completes schematic and scope of work review
Guide event materials and assets creation
Coordinate event-related travel
Report on event metrics
