The Sr. Estimating Manager is an enterprise-wide leadership role responsible for the delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of the estimating function. This role provides oversight of all estimating teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable bid delivery aligned to division and enterprise growth objectives. This role also drives process improvement, system development, and data integrity while maintaining hands-on oversight of estimating operations. This leader serves as the escalation point for bid disputes, scope gaps, and cross-functional issues, and plays a key role in building foundational estimating processes, bench strength, and a culture centered on service, speed, and accuracy.
