About The Position

The Enterprise Resiliency organization of Corebridge Financial is responsible for preparing our businesses for the loss of personnel, technology, facilities, and third-party partners according to our defined policies and standards. Our team collaborates with Corebridge business units and corporate functions, as well as security and technology partners to plan, respond and recover from disruptions with the goal of restoring business process and technology capabilities while reducing business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years work experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management disciplines.
  • Experience with Risk Management and Controls, Operations, and related technologies (preferred).
  • Experience working in financial services, life insurance and retirement businesses strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with industry-recognized Professional Certification (preferred)
  • Implementing projects to build improved resiliency capabilities, leading and working with cross-functional teams
  • Working knowledge of technologies relevant to responsibilities
  • Understanding of developing and operationalizing metrics and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; can work well with others; proactive and eager to provide assistance during a business disruption incident
  • Available to assist during off hours and willing to travel to Corebridge Financial facilities as necessary
  • Experience with using Enterprise Resiliency software programs (e.g., Archer and Everbridge) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver all guidance, training, and QA for development of resiliency strategies and plan documents to respective Business Continuity / Incident Management / Disaster Recovery Coordinators
  • Facilitate resiliency exercises to validate solutions and plans have been adequately tested and gaps are identified and tracked until remediation is complete
  • Ensure all program partners are adhering to Enterprise Resiliency policies and standards and compliance obligations
  • Manage Enterprise Resiliency participation in audits and regulatory reviews as required
  • Manage Enterprise Resiliency Training Awareness Programs
  • Manage and Publish Enterprise Resiliency Monthly Metrics
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing Enterprise Resiliency who will facilitate governance for Business Continuity, Incident Management and Disaster Recovery programs
