Location: ACG Test Engineering Lab Shift: Second Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Reports To: Lab Manager Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving issues with Handlers and ATE Stations during sample testing, development, and correlation activities.Ensure all Synax S-9 Handlers and ATE Stations are fully operational and serviceable for lab testing and development. Support general lab operations including equipment setup, calibration, shipping, and responding to remote test engineer requests. Perform and/or coordinate preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and product changeovers on Synax S-9 Handlers and ATE Stations. Troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and facilitate necessary repairs, requiring a solid understanding of mechanical, RF, and DC theory. Create recipes and serialize parts using a laser engraver; troubleshoot marking issues as needed. Conduct hand clamp testing to support customer sample evaluations, control unit generation, and correlation activities. Occasionally Provide support during overtime hours as required.Work independently with minimal supervision during second shift operations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent military training.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and self-discipline to work independently.
  • Achievement-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow technical skill sets.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and become proficient in lab equipment and processes.
