About The Position

Job Summary: As part of our Manufacturing Engineering Project Management Office (PMO) team, the primary function of this Engineering Program Manager position will be to drive the development and execution of the corporate manufacturing engineering strategy involving capital projects for the manufacturing sites. This position will build and manage relationships of internal and external resources to effectively implement project initiatives that drive productivity results, optimize value, and promote growth. This role interacts with individuals from Strategy, Engineering, Commercial, Beverage Initiatives, and other key Business Units within the Supply Chain. This role will also work directly with the manufacturing sites to develop, modify, and implement plans for capacity and program initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and execution of the corporate manufacturing engineering strategy for capital projects. Build and manage relationships with internal and external resources to implement project initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy, Engineering, Commercial, Beverage Initiatives, and other key Business Units within the Supply Chain. Work directly with manufacturing sites to develop, modify, and implement plans for capacity and program initiatives. Ensure project initiatives drive productivity results, optimize value, and promote growth. Travel - This individual will travel primarily to U.S. operations and possibly internationally for equipment FAT's - up to 15% of the time . Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in developing and executing capital projects within Supply Chain.
  • Experience managing and executing project budgets

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage or CPG (Consumer Package Goods) industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of high-speed filling and packaging technologies is ideal.
  • PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with Program Management Standards and Agile Methodologies is ideal.
