The Senior Engineering Manager at the Horse Cave, KY manufacturing facility plays a key strategic leadership role in driving transformational change across the plant. These changes will be delivered through capital projects, new product introductions, reliability-centered maintenance, food safety programs, employee safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to oversee all engineering functions within the facility. This role includes direct responsibility for managing a team of 47 employees, along with indirect supervision of staff supporting the facility's 24/7 operations. Ideal candidates are experienced in project management, reliability-centered maintenance, and continuous improvement, with a thorough understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes within the food and beverage industry. Candidates must be strategic thinkers, data-driven decisionmakers, and passionate learners.
