About The Position

Finance Technology is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to support our finance technology platform team owning multiple internally developed custom applications as well as multiple SaaS products. You are a highly technical leader with a bias toward action and a passion for shaping an empowered culture. Your leadership will be pivotal in our Finance and Sales Transformation efforts. You will guide your team innovating and influencing in the Finance Org and across the enterprise to update and extend our revenue data pipelines and processes to meet current and future business needs re-enforcing Nordstrom’s competitive advantages and positioning Nordstrom as a trusted source for our customer. A day in the life... Enhance/develop/execute Finance Technology’s vision and strategies to support company goals. Contribute to architecture, coding, test plans, project plans, deployment planning, and operations to drive excellence and lead the team towards its goals. Partner with Program, Product, and Business teams to establish short-term goals and a long-term vision, including OKRs and other measurements of success.
