As a Sr Engineer Technical Operations, you will: Design and develop manufacturing processes that align with company strategies and regulatory requirements. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Collaborate with R&D, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to drive process improvements. Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of designs, processes, test methods, and data analysis. Provide technical support to suppliers and vendors, including site visits and implementation of process improvements. Develop proposals and cost estimates for projects and process enhancements. Mentor and provide guidance to engineers and project team members. Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Process preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience in engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools/methodologies.
  • Solid project management and business/financial acumen.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Ideas).
  • Experience with PCB design software (e.g., OrCAD, Altium).
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
