Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant verification engineering experience.
  • Experience with digital, analog, or mixed‑signal verification, including Verilog, FastSpice, or co‑simulation approaches.
  • Experience defining and executing verification strategies for complex custom or register‑transfer level (RTL) designs.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to cross‑functional teams and leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 4 to 12 + years of relevant verification engineering experience.
  • Experience with memory products based on industry standards such as JEDEC, including the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) family.
  • Track record of building or re‑architecting verification flows and contributing innovative solutions.
  • Exposure to full pre‑silicon verification from design kickoff through tapeout, including 2.5D and 3D package integration.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver modular, scalable verification solutions across intellectual property (IP) and system‑on‑chip (SoC) levels for HBM products.
  • Define and drive verification strategies that improve quality, scalability, testbench performance, and verification cycle time.
  • Lead system‑level co‑verification efforts, including direct technical engagement with customers.
  • Develop forward‑looking verification solutions using early customer and architecture insights to support future HBM designs.
  • Improve verification methodologies and apply generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) techniques aligned with HBM design cycles.
  • Debug and resolve pre‑silicon and post‑silicon issues, identifying root causes and driving robust solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to cross‑group standardization, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
