About The Position

As a Senior Engineer - Endpoint Management, you will be a technical expert. You will also engineer for enterprise endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Configuration Manager, Windows Update for Business, device security baselines, and privilege management tooling. Individuals in this role design, implement, and increase large-scale endpoint management configurations and policies, guide modernization of device lifecycle processes, and serve as escalation point for complex issues affecting global operations. You will report to the Supervisor, Endpoint Management and be located at Cranberry Township, AP. This is a hybrid role where 3 days a week are required in office and 2 remote. We are not offering relocation for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in endpoint management and Windows client systems support.
  • Expert in supporting Windows-based client systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Intune and Autopilot support, advanced PowerShell and/or Python scripting for system administration.
  • Experience managing endpoint security and configuration policies.
  • Must have a passion with driving customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft Intune configurations.
  • Support modernization and transition from Configuration Manager to Intune.
  • Architect Windows Autopilot provisioning processes.
  • Develop enterprise PowerShell automation.
  • Manage complex application packaging and deployment pipelines.
  • Oversee lifecycle maintenance of Windows Update for Business policies.
  • Be a senior escalation for Windows, mobile, and Teams Rooms devices.
  • Lead engineering/support for BeyondTrust privilege management.
  • Partner with Cybersecurity on secure baselines and compliance.
  • Maintain monitoring, reporting, auditing mechanisms, engineering documentation and standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
