You will work with senior team members to support the successful implementation and management of endpoint security policies, configuration policies, and application management. We are looking for daily engagement with team members to help use endpoint management systems throughout the company.   You will report to the Supervisor, Endpoint Management and be located at Cranberry Township, AP. This is a hybrid role where 3 days a week are required in office and 2 remote. We are not offering relocation for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 0+ years of experience in endpoint management and Windows client systems support.
  • Proficient in supporting Windows-based clients systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot support.
  • Communicate IT processes to a variety of user experience levels.
  • Must have a passion for driving customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide endpoint device management and support using Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure and maintain Windows PC build and enrollment policies using Autopilot.
  • Develop scripts for Intune remediation and installations.
  • Package and maintain Intune applications.
  • Help develop and maintain Intune endpoint security and configuration policies.
  • Develop Windows update policies.
  • Provide engineering level support for multiple endpoint devices, including cell phones, PCs, and video conferencing devices.
  • Support the configuration and operation of Beyond Trust for privilege management.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, including configuration details.
  • Apply ITIL fundamentals to all relevant processes including Incident and Change-Management.
  • Provide off-hours, on-call support for a 24/7 global company.
