Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Engineer - Data (R2-R3) to support the manufacturing organization by finding new valuable and actionable process insights through modeling, transforming, and analyzing large data sets from different automated manufacturing system sources. Develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions aimed at supporting decision-making, monitoring, and optimizing process outcomes. Create and implement automated systems' digital twins to analyze the processes' input-output relationships and explore optimized process configurations. #LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years of academic or employment experience in working with and creating data analytics solutions. Academic or employment experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience with various machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their real-world applications; 2 years of experience utilizing advanced statistical techniques and concepts (e.g., regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests); 2 years of experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, IT, operations) to support digital transformation or analytics projects; 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or healthcare services; 1 years of experience using statistical computer languages (e.g., R, Python) to manipulate data and extract insights from large data sets; 1 year of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to communicate findings to stakeholders; and 1 year of experience developing or deploying data pipelines or ETL workflows for ingesting data from multiple sources (e.g., historians, MES, sensors). The anticipated wage for this position is $115,658.00 per year Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
