About The Position

As Sr. Endpoint Engineer I, you’ll manage and secure enterprise Windows and macOS environments supporting a high-visibility, mission-critical customer with the goal of making a real impact across the federal government. Requirements

  • An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is preferred (relevant experience may be substituted)
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows and macOS endpoints
  • Hands-on experience with MECM, Tanium, Microsoft Intune, and BigFix
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS (Sequoia/Tahoe) environments
  • Experience with OS imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation
  • Possess DoD 8140 DCWF Role 451 (System Administrator) with one or more certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP
  • Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government
  • Manage endpoint imaging, patching, and vulnerability remediation across enterprise environments
  • Support and operate enterprise endpoint management tools and platforms
  • Resolve Tier 3 endpoint issues in support of a service desk and mission operations
  • Maintain secure, compliant Windows and macOS client environments
  • Participate actively in Agile execution and continuous improvement activities
  • Communicate technical issues, solutions, and risks clearly with stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and reliability
  • Apply creativity and sound engineering judgment to deliver innovative solutions aligned to customer needs
