About The Position

Write engaging and clear consumer and small business banking, lending, invest, and personal finance content for web pages, enrollment screens, chatbot and SMS, IVR, web pages, emails, personal finance articles, blog posts, social media, print media, direct mail, mobile app, video scripts, and marketing assets. Help shape the marketing content and customer experience strategy to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of content writing experience
• Financial services industry experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, well-written content for digital enrollment screens, chatbot, SMS, IVR, online banking, blog articles, and mobile app messaging.
• Draw on industry best practices, current events and trends, customer needs, and company objectives to generate ideas for engaging content that provides a best-in-class customer experience.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice and tone and expand our messaging for various customer personas.
• Complete drafts/edits of content and finished projects within deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing specialists, UX team, business unit leaders and members of the marketing, servicing, call center, and communications teams.
• Manage and track a heavy workload of multiple projects while juggling shifting priorities.
