Sr. Electrical Reliability Engineer
About The Position
Interact with all parts of the organization and work hand in hand with operations, maintenance, and engineering to implement effective and strategic maintenance initiatives that support achievement of reliability goals and objectives, key performance metrics, and maintenance cost objectives Drive culture of reliability that focuses on systems of MWS, training, and deliberate improvementRCFA facilitation by leading a group to quickly and thoroughly identify and solve latent causesManage Electrical Reliability capital projectsProvide technical assistance and advice as necessary to aid in troubleshooting complex issues in the manufacturing/reliability processSupport development of 5-year major maintenance and capital plansManage electrical maintenance expense projectsProvide reliability oversight of PdM, PM, precision practices/trainingEvaluate repair methods, shop audits, use repair vs replace decision makingChampion a reliability best practice element
Requirements
- B.S. in engineering discipline or equivalent experience in maintenance, engineering, orReliability
- 10 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lead multiple projects of varying complexity and progress
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence all levels of the organization
- Ability to work long weekends and long hours on occasion as required
