About The Position

Interact with all parts of the organization and work hand in hand with operations, maintenance, and engineering to implement effective and strategic maintenance initiatives that support achievement of reliability goals and objectives, key performance metrics, and maintenance cost objectives
Drive culture of reliability that focuses on systems of MWS, training, and deliberate improvement
RCFA facilitation by leading a group to quickly and thoroughly identify and solve latent causes
Manage Electrical Reliability capital projects
Provide technical assistance and advice as necessary to aid in troubleshooting complex issues in the manufacturing/reliability process
Support development of 5-year major maintenance and capital plans
Manage electrical maintenance expense projects
Provide reliability oversight of PdM, PM, precision practices/training
Evaluate repair methods, shop audits, use repair vs replace decision making
Champion a reliability best practice element

Requirements

• B.S. in engineering discipline or equivalent experience in maintenance, engineering, or Reliability
• Ability to lead multiple projects of varying complexity and progress
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence all levels of the organization
• Ability to work long weekends and long hours on occasion as required

Nice To Haves

• 10 years of manufacturing experience preferred
