Develop, characterize and validate high voltage power semiconductors for traction inverter applications Measure, analyze data including switching waveforms, losses and thermal performance Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, PCBA, reliability, manufacturing and firmware engineering teams to optimize inverter switching, loss, reliability and thermal behavior Design, implement, and validate solutions for EMC, reliability, and manufacturing Solve electronics packaging issues including thermal management, electrical isolation, interconnection design, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference (EMI), etc. Start to finish ownership of hardware – from specification to design, prototype, reliability testing and high-volume manufacturing
