About The Position

The Sr. EHS Engineer will lead the Environmental Health and Safety program at the Indianapolis site. As the sole EHS resource, this role involves leading and facilitating the implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems and EHS compliance activities to ensure adherence to applicable EHS regulations and V2X EHS policies & procedures.

Requirements

4-6 years of managing EHS programs in medium to large manufacturing location
Thorough understanding of EHS requirements and regulations
Ability to manage and mitigate hazards and risk
Execute site EHS plans, goals and objectives
Bachelor’s degree in EHS related field

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with broad EHS regulations, reporting, recordkeeping requirements
Understanding EHS management systems such as ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards
Ability to interact and communicate effectively across the vertical organization
Manage and execute multiple tasks and initiatives to drive EHS performance improvement
